Media library

The media library stores images and assets per team so they’re one click away inside the composer.

Why it exists

• Upload an asset once and reuse it across many posts.
• Keep brand imagery consistent across accounts.
• Avoid re-uploading the same files for every post.

Using it

1. Open the team’s Media library.
2. Upload files, or browse what’s already there.
3. From the composer, attach media by picking from the library.

Find, preview and rename

• Search the library by file name with the search box above the grid.
• Click a tile to open a full-size lightbox preview (images and videos), with previous/next navigation through the current results.
• Rename a file from the lightbox to give it a recognizable name.
• Delete files you no longer need (editor or owner role).

Uploaded media is stored alongside your database (on the volume you mounted in installation when running with Docker).
